Hi,
Can you please check that you have a correct version of
C:\Users\souhaiel\.m2\repository\xerces\xerces\2.0.2\xerces-2.0.2.jar
in your maven repository. Sometimes maven messes up downloads (but it's
extremely rare)
in which case you can just delete it and try again.
You could also have gotten it from a repo that uses redirects (more likely) and
that file could be an
html file actually, who knows. Looking at that file and its size maybe, will
help you figure out
what the problem is.
