ok, just verified that geronimo-jaxws_2.2_spec.jar is already a OSGi bundle
also with the OSGiLocator stuff, so we needn't recreate bundle for it.
But geronimo-jaxws_2.2_spec.jar need import jaxb api 2.2 version, so we need
create bundle for jaxb-api 2.2, jaxb-impl 2.2 and jaxb-xjc2.2.
