I raised SMX4-741. As Karaf 2.1.3 vote is in progress (and it looks
good, Jamie will promote the artifact on the central repo very soon
(today or tomorrow I guess)), I propose to upgrade to this version
before releasing ServiceMix 4.3.0.

Looking at the list, I think at least these 2 should be able to get
resolved before we move on
- SMX4-652 : camel example doesn't work
- SMX4-729 : "Ather URL Handler not available" messages in the log file
Does anyone see another issue on that list that we really need to get
into this release? If not, I'll go ahead and move the remaining ones
to the 4.4.0 release tomorrow.
