I have updated https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SMX4-655 with the new set of dependencies and added new linked issues for the bits that need to get released as soon as Camel 2.6.0 is available. As servicemix-utils does not have a Camel or CXF dependency, I'll start again with that one later today or tomorrow morning.
