When using JVM 1.5 and trying to deploy a CXF-SE SU (or CXF-BC), the SU is not
able to deploy:
java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: javax/xml/ws/Service
I added JAXB API in the ServiceMix 3 distribution kit, but an implementation is
also required to work with JVM 1.5.
The problem doesn't occur using JVM 1.6 as it embeds JAXB 2.2.
