Similar to what's been done with SMX4NMR-256, we should alter the features
project to use 'import' scope to pick managed dependencies from the NMR pom so
we can reduce the amount of managed dependencies we need to have configured in
that pom and to make it easier to get dependencies aligned across projects (if
they're only defined once, they can't be misaligned ;))
