Using Sun JVM 1.6.0_21 and the Fuse release of ServiceMix 4.3.1, I was running
into PermGen OutOfMemory errors. I've hacked up the karaf script to allow
setting adjustable values, and reverting to defaults (16M and 64M) if not found
in shell variables.
