Fix For: 1.5.0
When installing a feature that depends on a core karaf bundle, a failure will
result in that core bundle being uninstalled as well unless it is already
required by another installed feature. Adding a reference to 'karaf-framework'
to the list of boot features will avoid uninstalling these bundles
inadvertently.
