As the latest released cxf(2.4.1)[1] and karaf(2.2.2)[2] already use jetty
7.4.2.v20110526, also the upcoming camel2.8 will use jetty 7.4.2.v20110526, we
should use jetty 7.4.2.v20110526 for servicemix 4.4, and I've already upgrade
the jetty in features days ago[3], we can close this issue now. :-)
