Build issue with archetypes source when offline

Like I just reported in SMX4NMR-278 for the NMR, when building in an
environment without Internet access or with the -o option, you may get an error
like the following:

ERROR] Error resolving version for plugin 'org.codehaus.mojo:xslt-maven-plugin'
from the repositories [local (/home/janstey/.m2/repository), central
(http://repo1.maven.org/maven2)]: Plugin not found in any plugin repository
