Just a quick side note that this change introduces a dependency
between the ServiceMix 4 NMR project and the latest version of
ServiceMix 3.  This is not a very big deal it itself, but we do have
to keep in mind to add ServiceMix 3 to the release attack plan for the
ServiceMix 4.4.0 release.

Let me try to raise a JIRA issue to document what needs to be done in
which order - I'd propose to stick to one or two "Release ServiceMix
x.y.z" issues this time around, last time around it got quite
confusing with separate issues for NMR/Utils/... that were all linked
together so perhaps a single issue might be better to keep things
organized.
