The current bundle is for 2.1.1 version
http://repo2.maven.org/maven2/org/apache/servicemix/bundles/org.apache.servicemix.bundles.cometd-java-server/2.1.1_1/
But 2.3.1 has been released, and we need an OSGi bundle for it.
