Bouncy castle bundles require jar signing in order to be usable as JCE providers

I've tried to use the servicemix bouncycastle bundles as JCE providers and I am
getting an error indicating that the bundles are not properlly signed.
I dig a little around this error and I found out that we need to use jarsigner
in order to sign those bundles, since we are repackaging.
