L.S.,

I moved the remaining SMXCOMP to the 2012.01 issues - if there's anything
in there that really needs fixing for this release, let's bring it up and
see if we can incorporate the fix.  At the same time,  I added
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SMXCOMP-919 to ensure we get the JMS
provider SOAP endpoint tests fixed before release.
