Fix For: 4.4.1
With the improvements to the build we did, we should be in a position to do
minor releases to upgrade individual dependencies without having to do a full
set of releases. The Apache ServiceMix 4.4.1 release will be similar to 4.4.0
(cfr. SMX4-880), except for the dependency upgrades listed below:
