It is worth mentioning that there is a system property to configure the timeout
:
"org.apache.servicemix.specs.timeout"
which is implemented by org.apache.servicemix.specs.locator.OsgiLocator.
By default its value is 5000 (5 seconds), which seems a bit short when the
start-up is somewhat slow.
