No problem at all, Andreas!  Thanks for providing us with the
additional details about your environment - I raised
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SMX4-1180 to keep track of this
problem.  If you have any time to spare, it would be great if you
could try running this through a debugger to see if you can find the
root cause (since your environment is already reproducing the issue).
