The POM files used for creating those wrapped JARs can be found in http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/servicemix/smx4/bundles/trunk/ (cfr. http://servicemix.apache.org/developers/source/bundles-source.html for a bit more info) - if you could create a patch that adds the Scala 2.9.2 bundle directory and attach that to a JIRA issue, that would be awesome!
