I have changed my catalog content like this.
<catalog xmlns="urn:oasis:names:tc:entity:xmlns:xml:catalog"
prefer="system">
<rewriteSystem
systemIdStartString="http://ws-i.org/profiles/basic/1.1";
rewritePrefix="../schemas/wsdl"/>
</catalog>
and still it doesn't help .
I am upgrading the CXF SE component to 2013-01 on top of
apache-servicemix-3.4.0 container.
it has any thing to do with the versions ?
