just tested this again:
in 4.4.2: it works (after changing the version of the cxf dependencies)! There
is an error, but this is the answer from the service saying that they do not
have enough space on disk
in 4.5.0 and 4.5.1 there is the error that the Provider could not be found.
while testing I realized that the installation process of the feature cxf seems
to be different. While in smx 4.4.2 I have log entries like:

in smx 4.5.x I dont have any log entries while installing the cxf feature as
nothing happens while installing.
