With the provided example, add an OSGi import for the
"org.apache.cxf.jaxws.spi" package fixes the problem. However, it's not clear
to if there's another way to handle this, because it doesn't seem appropriate
that the consuming bundle should know about those implementation details from
the service provider. Any suggestions?
