Specifically,
- I have downloaded the source tarball, JDK 1.6 and Maven 3.0.3+
- I can successfully run
mvn -Pfastinstall
- How do I generate my own copy of the full binary release artifact,
like this:

Is there some extra argument I need to pass to mvn? Or is there some
script that is used to create the binary release?
