We can still do a single vote with the original repo (without the lucene and snmp4j bundles) and a second repository with the new artifacts in there, if you prefer. My real concern was that it wouldn't make any sense for you to have to recut all the other releases if we can just reuse the tags and the existing artifacts. For the people who have already voted, it might be nice to be able to just do a quick sanity check on the first set of artifacts instead of having to rebuild from source/install into Karaf/check signatures/... and everything people do when voting on a bundles release.
