The opensaml bundle uses joda time 1.6. For some other dependencies we need
joda time 2.x. So currently we need to install both jars.
Joda time 2.x seems to be fairly compatible to joda time 1.x. So it would help
a lot to increase the import range for joda time from [1.6,2) to [1.6,3) for
the opensaml bundle.
