swagger is popularly used for describe RESTful service. It would be great we
can use it in OSGi container.
we need add swagger-annotations, swagger-core, swagger-projec and swagger-jaxrs
bundles seperately and all dependencies for swagger jars which are not OSGi
bundle yet.
I will add sub-task for any bundles if necessary
