Latest (1.1.4c_6) bundle for xpp3 has Bundle-Version and all the Export-Package
version 1.1.0.4c. This breaks imports from other bundles as they usually
require >=1.1.3.
Workaround is to use 1.1.4c5. It also has wrong Bundle-Version (1.1.0.4c_5),
but much better Export-Package version (1.1.4.c) that allows to import it
without any problems
