On the web page linked below it is stated that servicemix.bat references an
environment variable named "SERVICEMIX_DEBUG" which needs to be created with
value "TRUE" to enable remote debugging. However, upon inspection of the
servicemix.bat it's obvious that the environment variable is actually named
"KARAF_DEBUG".
Perhaps this is a change in the documentation that will be reflected in a later
release of ServiceMix?
