Applied the patch in
http://svn.apache.org/viewvc?view=revision&revision=1568043 - I think I got
round the issue with the scala-library by adding {{useDeployFolder(false)}} to
ensure that the library gets installed through the features mechanism instead
of by using hot-deployment.
