Some time ago I was trying to perform the upgrade to the newest releases of
Karaf, Camel, CXF and ActiveMQ but I was stopped by failing itest (which was
really caused by scala library). I made at that time some more changes as these
done by SM-2230. I'd like to attach a patch with the changes. The patch
upgrades some additional libraries to versions used in the new releases of
Karaf, Camel, CXF and ActiveMQ and extends the configuration files with changes
made in Karaf.
Please review the patch and apply it if it makes sense.
