Now that we removed the -full and -minimal assemblies (in SM-2242), we can
simplify what's left there a bit more.
Instead of having an "assemblies" module with a "apache-servicemix" and
"shared" module, since we only have a single assembly to create, we might as
well just fold those 3 modules together into a single "assembly" module instead.
