At the moment, while Apache ServiceMix is starting, some of the commands are
not available yet, e.g. typing {{list}} will first do {{config:list}} and after
a while switch to {{osgi:list}}.
Especially for new users, it can be confusing when you get into a container
that is still in a state of flux. Apache Karaf now offers a feature to delay
access to the console and display a progress bar while it's starting up instead.
