Karaf 3.x uses {{true}} as the default value of
{{respectStartLvlDuringFeatureStartup}} in {{org.apache.karaf.features.cfg}}
(KARAF-1878). In ServiceMix the value is currently set to {{false}}. I'm
going to comment out this property and enable the Karaf 3.x default logic. Do
you think it can cause any problems?
