The attach file print "Starting ..." every time we start the service mix
Steps to reproduce :-
1 Clear cache @ data/cache folder
2. start service mix ( "Starting ..." ) will be printed once [ Correct
behavior ]
3. restart the service mix without cleaning up the cache
4. ( "Starting ..." ) will be printed twice [ incorrect behavior] it should
print only once
