Fix For: 5.1.2, 5.2.1, 6.0.0
ServiceMix just contains camel-cxf in the featuresBoot. If this feature
installs the minimum transitive features for camel-cxf component, it doesn't
install a bunch of features very often used (like WS-Policy, WS-Addressing,
etc).
It will prevent a lot of CXF functionalities to work in ServiceMix.
In order to have a fully operation CXF layer, the cxf feature should be part of
the featuresBoot.
