SMX3 is in EOL: it doesn't really mean that we stop maintenance but we
don't work/focus on this branch. If we want to do some bug fixes and a
maintenance release, we always can.

I would propose to announce this (if not done yet). We should also move the
code to attic or make it at least read-only
(it would preserve all existing links to the code in the universe).
We have still a Jenkins build for this version
(https://builds.apache.org/job/ServiceMix3/). I propose to ask INFRA to
delete this build as we don't need it any more.
What do you think about this?
