[SM-2954] Upgrade to Apache Camel 2.17.7
The upgrade of CXF to version 3.1.9 was already done for [issue
3228](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SM-3228).
To make the itests work I also had to upgrade the version of Jacskon to
2.7.9.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
