No problems.
I was in the process of doing the same thing when my laptop
died (I managed to have a few minutes free at work).
Btw, i found the problem in parsing the response. This was
due to a problem in
the HttpMarshaler that did copy invalid http headers to the
response (including the response
length that was in facts the request length) and thus the
parsing failed.
The tests do not work yet, but this is a first step.
Aha! Great catch Guillaume!
I was pretty stuck back there for a while - so many thanks for that.
With one or two other minor patches, I've now managed to get the JAX-
WS RI test case to work in eclipse! I still can't seem to get it to
work in maven though - somehow there's an old SAAJ API creeping into
the classpath somewhere; but we're much closer now! :)

Huge apologies Guillaume - I dropped the ball on that one. I
had to
patch the JAX-WS RI to get it to work a few weeks ago - I
sent the
patch to the JAX-WS mail list hoping for it to be included
soon but
nothing ever happened.
I tried the latest release and the latest CVS HEAD and
neither had my
patch or worked. So I reapplied my patch (the code had changed
significantly, so the patch had to move around a bit) and
the JAXWS
Binding now can make requests fine. I've updated maven and
my patched
version is here...
http://dist.codehaus.org/servicemix/jars/jaxws-rt-dev-1.jar
Though the test cases still don't work yet - as JAX-WS RI
barfs when
it gets a response back - for some reason it can't seem to
parse a
non JAXB response.
To make things even more fun, the JAX-WS API has just
changed a bit
(warning its not yet in the public draft) so there is no
longer a
ServiceFactory or EndpointFactory. I've gone ahead and patched
ServiceMix to use the latest and greatest.
Celtix has just released M1 - so it'd be good to try Celtix
as well
as the RI - the only downside is that now we've gotta wait
until
Celtix upgrades to the latest JAX-WS API - or we backout my
changes
for a while.
I'm hoping the JAX-WS issues can be resolved soon; as it
looks a
great way to work with SOAP :)
