Can I please request that more useful comments be added to JIRA when
resolving issues?
I would like to understand more about some of the problems encountered
and their resolutions, but too often the issue is simply marked as
Resolved/Fixed and there are no comments whatsoever.
As a spectator interested in the code I really have no idea what is
going on....
- I don't know the code affected by the problem because its not recorded.
- I can't tell the reason for the problem it's not recorded.
- I can't tell the fix for the problem because it's not recorded.
