I'm trying to follow the directions for updating the main website (edit
xdocs/stylesheets/project.xml, run "ant", then check in) but run into a
problem. After the data gets uploaded, Subversion returns an error
"inconsistent line ending style" about file "docs\dev\index.html". If I go
hand edit that file and try the commit again, it complains about some other
instead.

I'm trying this on Windows ... is there some special trick for getting this
to work?

I had the same problem when adding myself - the doc generation process
creates docs with both CRLF and LF line endings - I resolved it by
opening the doc in wordpad and saving (notepad doesn't change line
endings) and that sorted it out.

Looks like Wendy's already done the update for Shale, but I've opened
a Jira ticket suggesting an additional step is added to the site gen
so this doesn't happen:

http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-881

2) The wiki link on the Shale site is still pointing to the Struts wiki
