Strange ... it isn't even trying ibiblio -- it's only doing the repositories listed in the shale-parent POM (and the maven-snapshot-repository is incorrect, but that's a separate problem). I'm behind a firewall at the moment, but I've got my proxies set and they seem to work for other stuff. -Rahul
