Hi (Hei) Create a file called Bundle_no.properties (where no is the locale your after - no in your case) and place in the folder org\apache\shale\resources in your project resource directory, or java directory depending on. It needs to end up in the classpath as org\apache\shale\resources\Bundle_no.properties
