I think this is a good feature, just remind you the negative effect when 
visualization missed.

Good question.
At present, users can store and modify, but not add and delete sharding
settings in registry, so this feature is an enhancement to make it possible
to add and delete settings. ShardingSphere should have this ability to do
orchestration, but how to visualize setttings is another very important
topic.  It will be on the schedule of Sharding-console sub project.
