Hi,

There is no problem with it being in the shardingsphere.io repository. It would 
need to be updated when bringing the project into Apache. 

Some projects have all committers == (P)PMC members and now would be a good 
time to discuss whether Shardingsphere would have separate committers and 
(P)PMC members.
