Hi,

With my mentor hat on shardingsphere, I've been following up the community
activities. I think the release that we discussed is a same case like other
podling project. Image that we didn't want to affect my previous users, we will
work on the old version outside of Apache with the original package names, and
work on the next step to rename and follow the apache way to release.

Also, I prefer the first committer invitation, the first release, any first
community behavior must be approved by 3 +1 mentor votes. I think it will help
the community better understand apache best practice when we building the
community.

Best Regards,
Von Gosling
