hi, there since githuh chang the action execution policy, someone from community will get the "approve to run" notification and wait for some committer's approval.
I rised up a ticket to dear infra team, and I got the response as following [1]: The behavior is a result of the updated GitHub Actions policy that we implemented on March 20th. It is described here: https://infra.apache.org/github-actions-policy.html All projects were notified in early February about this change, as per https://lists.apache.org/thread/g7bb70ymlmkzjlx1rpvq46dwz54qcpdb As stated in the email and on the policy page, projects can opt out of this default, but must be an explicit ask from the project and must comply with the expectations set out in the policy.
