[ x ] LICENSE and NOTICE files are correct for each ShardingSphere repo. [ x ] All files have license headers if necessary. [ x ] No compiled archives bundled in source archive. [ x ] Codes can be compiled and pass the unit tests.
Just a trivial issue: year was not updated before in NOTICE file header. It doesn't block release.
