SOFA and TARS gateway plugins are moving out of the main ShenYu distribution. This change adds the current SOFA runtime and starter to the plugin store and refreshes the existing TARS implementation from apache/shenyu commit `ec198d442`. - Move plugin sources, unit tests, Spring Boot auto-configuration resources, and starter tests into the existing store module layout. - Move the protocol runtime dependencies formerly supplied by the main bootstrap into the store starters. Adding a starter supplies its required SOFA or TARS libraries. - Preserve plugin names, orders, selector-handle JSON, and main-repository client/Admin registration contracts. SOFA uses a store-local copy of its selector DTO because the shared class is absent from released API 2.7.0. ## Prerequisite Depends on #5. This branch retains its standalone Maven/CI baseline commits, including their original attribution; the migration itself is commit `9b10b3b`. Review the migration relative to `39f0b767` until #5 merges. No additional Motan compatibility work is included. ## Validation - `./mvnw -B -ntp clean verify`: all 10 modules passed against the released ShenYu 2.7.0 API, with 89 tests, Checkstyle, and RAT passing. - Focused SOFA/TARS plugin and starter `clean verify -Dshenyu.version=2.7.2-SNAPSHOT`: all 7 required reactor modules passed, with 69 tests passing against freshly built current core APIs. - Both starter dependency trees include the protocol runtime libraries. - Independent code and architecture reviews found no blocking migration regression. The full store reactor cannot target 2.7.2-SNAPSHOT yet because the existing Motan module depends on removed `MotanRegisterConfig`. The current-API validation above covers the migrated SOFA/TARS modules. Complete Docker/Kubernetes protocol E2E was not run; the old core-only suites are not presented as store CI coverage. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
