## Problem And Result Complete the Hystrix migration tracked in https://github.com/apache/shenyu/issues/7298. Move the current Hystrix runtime, starter, and tests from apache/shenyu commit ec198d442894fd9617947ed73c6c8fe3b206f665 into plugin-store. Preserve configuration and stable core compatibility APIs; include gateway contract coverage and migration/rollback guidance. Hystrix remains deprecated legacy compatibility support. New deployments should use Resilience4j. ## Merge Dependencies - Build baseline: https://github.com/apache/shenyu-plugin-store/pull/5. - Shared real-gateway test fixtures and pinned core-API CI preparation: https://github.com/apache/shenyu-plugin-store/pull/7. - Motan compatibility prerequisite: https://github.com/apache/shenyu-plugin-store/pull/8. Its prepared source is included so the complete store reactor compiles against current core APIs. These unmerged prerequisites are included in the branch; merge them before evaluating the integration-only diff. Each integration has a separate receiving PR and main cutover PR. ## Validation - Full store `./mvnw -B -ntp clean verify -Dapi.version=1.44` passed with Checkstyle/RAT enabled and no skipped tests. - 17 Hystrix plugin tests and 2 starter tests passed. Four gateway E2E cases cover success, timeout/fallback, open-circuit rejection, config refresh, and cleanup. - Main admin EnumService regression: 28 tests passed. Main bootstrap affected reactor compiled successfully via `-pl shenyu-bootstrap -am test-compile -DskipTests`; this compile check does not claim all main unit tests ran. - Main integrated HTTP reactor `-f shenyu-integrated-test/pom.xml -pl shenyu-integrated-test-http -am test-compile -DskipTests` passed after removing the obsolete Hystrix test/starter and replacing its accidental commons-lang transitive dependency with the existing commons-lang3 API. - Current init SQL/plugin menu cleanup covers H2, MySQL, PostgreSQL, OpenGauss, OceanBase, and Oracle; historical upgrades are preserved. Retained core Hystrix enum/handle APIs are intentional compatibility contracts. - Main targeted RAT/validate and `git diff --check` passed. Logs: `hystrix/final-full-verify.log`, `hystrix/main-bootstrap-final.log`, `hystrix/main-integrated-final.log`, `hystrix/main-admin-enum.log`. ## Release And Cutover Gates Main cutover remains draft until receiving CI/E2E pass and artifacts are published under a single repository owner. No artifact publication or upstream merge is performed here. Historical upgrade SQL and release notes stay in main.
