I looked into this recently too as it was brought up by somebody on our side that it was no longer rendering properly in Shindig 3.0.0. Seemed like the root cause had to do with the fact that the ToDo gadget didn't have a "default" view which was problematic for the sample container. I guess since it is now also broken for 2.0.0 as well, then it MIGHT have previously had a default view but was changed recently by the maintainers.

I chalked it up to some Shindig3 weirdness, but did check that the Gadget XML was available (it is) and that I could install the gadget into my iGoogle page (I could). But now, I've installed the Shindig 2.0.0 release, and notice that that same gadget still isn't rendering. But I know for sure it did previously, using 2.0.0. Weird. Does anybody have any idea what could be causing that? Maybe whoever owns that gadget changed something that would have broken it relative to Shindig? Anyway, just thought I'd check and see if anyone else had noticed this and had any idea what was up. Cheers, Phil
