Henry how do you think we should handle tracking who is working on which 
portion of the site?  JIRA?  I just don't want us to be stepping on each 
other toes.

I would love to have it done by May 29th but it might be optimistic 
depending on the number of people we can get to help.

Sign me up.

Lets proposed a date to switch the current Shindig svn pubsub site to
the CMS one.
I know everyone is busy with other stuff too so I would say about a
month from now would be a good date?
How about around May 29?
